As some of you may know my website over the past few years has been a terrible representation of my brand, my company and my philosophy. 2008 has been a year of change and with that I elected to invest some much needed time into my company mission and presentation. I have always been the least likely to blog among my friends and colleagues. With Voodoo 2.0 this will change. I am stepping into the blogosphere and I invite you all to join me.

I advise companies through branding and website presentation regularly but this experience was different. It was my turn to sit on the other side of the table. I had to go through the tasks of identifying what my business is and who my customers are, not necessarily in that order. I am fortunate to have had a great deal of production management experience coupled with several years of general management, it serves my ADD well.

At first my mind kind of raced through all the possibilities. What is Voodoo Techlink about? Then II thought when am I the happiest in my work? That was easy when I spend time with clients creating programs that create revenue. I like to succeed, we all do. Taking a new business or an existing business to the turning point of strategic marketing and operation is my ideal work. I came to the following conclusions during those 2 weeks:

• Voodoo's purpose is to help small to medium sizes businesses find their voice to tell their story.
• To encourage entrepreneurship and foster a network of independent contractors to serve a diverse group of clients.
• Create partnerships with businesses that share similar ideals and principles.
  
• To create a positive, creative work space for client's to maximize their potential

And with that I look forward to expanding the companies in Voodoo Labs and developing a better attitude toward blogging.
